New Leadership Developmental model for Nursing Education

Nursing profession should maintain basic leadership qualities as an important skill in order to facilitate the growth of nursing leadership education and scholarship. Different methods were implemented to develop the model are discussed in this chapter and also the theories are explained in the form of phases in the same chapter itself.
